Mahbergstubrl is located in the snow-sure Austrian village of Bichlbach at a healthy altitude of 1,079m, just over the German border.
Bichlbach is located in the heart of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena and is surrounded by the Lechtaler Alps and the beautiful massif of the Zugspitz Glacier, which at 2,962m is the highest mountain of the Zugspitz Arena.
